Fernando was born and raised in the beautiful city of Santiago de Chile, Chile. When he visited Chicago in 1993, he experienced its vibrant lakeshores, brilliant architecture, and scenic views. Fernando loved the wonderful combination of cultures and people and knew this is where he wanted to be. Since he loved those things so much, real estate was a natural match with him. Since his move here almost two decades ago, Fernando has specialized in residential properties in popular Lake County cities like Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, and Mundelein. Fernando prides himself in being dedicated to excellence and integrity with every client. Fernando’s friendly, but professional nature has helped him to build an extensive and culturally diverse list of clientele.
One of the most essential parts of being a successful real estate agent is knowing the geographic area and type of the neighborhoods where your clients are either looking to purchase or trying to sell. Previous to entering into the fast paced world of buying and selling real estate, I was a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor. Although I did have my own routes, I also was a Swing Contractor. This allowed me the opportunity to travel and become very familiar with geographic area and types neighborhoods in Northern Cook County and all of Lake County. When clients are looking to buy, I know what the neighborhoods are like, where the Metra, nearby schools, and shops are located. I can even give them information about traffic patterns. In addition to receiving a comparative market analysis, sellers can receive important information like how the neighborhoods have changed in value, and make use my knowledge to entice buyers with all that the location of their home has to offer. This has been a priceless experience to me. I believe that there is a perfect house out there for everyone. So, I make sure that I understand my clients’ needs and scrutinize their market. That is what enables me to find a match, whether my clients are buying or selling a home. Our clients’ best interest will always come first. I am dedicated to the development of efficient long-term client relationships! My philosophy ensures that your needs are important. I Take Your Housing Needs Seriously! As a real estate broker, it is my job to be a good listener. I need to listen to my clients so that I understand their needs. I like to communicate with them often, so that our partnership will lead to either the purchase of my clients’ dream house or my clients the selling their house for the best possible price. When a customer is interested in a property, I use all the tools and resources available to me in order to help me decide on a fair price for the property. This includes a complete market analysis with a comparison of properties recently sold in the area that have similar characteristics. This helps my clients to make an informed business decision when deciding on a price for our offer. Why choose Fernando over other agents?
